• Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.

• Enquiry and lead information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry and for our legitimate business records.
• J&G Connect chat history for signed-in users is retained for up to 15 days, after which inactive conversations are automatically deleted.
• We may retain certain information longer where required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
