Our story
In 2018, Rahul Kapoor founded Jam & Gems in Noida with a simple frustration — advertising in India was opaque, full of hidden markups, and disconnected from actual brand goals. Brands were paying agency rates without getting agency-quality thinking or execution.
We started with a single focus: transparent rates and honest execution for outdoor advertising across Delhi-NCR. Within two years, clients started asking us to handle newspaper, cinema, BTL, and radio too. We said yes — and built the processes to deliver each channel properly, not as an afterthought.

Today we work with 60+ Indian and global brands across 25+ cities — from Swiggy and BigBasket to Suzuki and Apollo Hospitals — across 14 advertising channels. All campaigns are planned in-house, all execution is managed directly by our team, and all clients get monitoring reports with live photos.
Founded in Noida
